I am refering specifically to your quote that Filby said "If that Machine can do what you say it can, destroy it before it destroys you... Just like in the book" There is no such line in the book. It is in David Duncan's screenplay only. In the book, Filby is one of the guests. He comments on the Time Traveller's exposé like do some of the other guests but does not have a special rapport with the Time Traveller. |
