I have remained quiet for a few days... I just want to say I like the orginal novel because it is WELLS... And the Pal film reflects WELLS, intentions to... This new film... Only uses principals... 1. Time Machine 2. Eloi (name sake) 3. Morlock (name sake) The plot for this movie is entirely different from the orginal intent of the orginal novel. I will just say this movie is a great visual arts film... but to say this is about The orginal novel The Time Machine... Is still an insult to millions of fans who enjoy classic science Fiction... This movie should not have been called The Time Machine. Or at least a stronger disclaimer should have been put in place. |
