Mr X... take a look at the new link Don has up for "Rotten Tomatoes" .... it seems as though the new film definitely has generated the same general opinion among critics; it just cannot compare favorably with the George Pal jewel or H.G. Wells' original classic! As for a toyline in connection with the movie, maybe you can write to a notable toy manufacturer and suggest this. When and if they reply, could you post their observations? I'd be curiously amused to see what they would tell you! |
