We also accept checks and money (made payable to: Fiddly Bits) orders in U.S. funds ONLY. Sorry, but our bank charges a $40.00 fee to process out of country payments regardless of the check/MO amount.

Most orders are shipped within 4 days of being placed. If an item is out of stock we will notify you and give you an estimated time to restock the item.


Return Policy
If you are not pleased with your purchase please call us at 818-845-6259 and you will be issued a merchandise return number and our return mailing address. Please contact us within ten days of receipt of merchandise to arrange a refund. Your refund will be processed once we have received the returned merchandise. Please note that you are responsible for the safe return of merchandise so we suggest that you ship via UPS or U.S. Parcel Post, insured. Merchandise must be returned in saleable condition. For Credit card purchases, a credit will appear on your next month's statement. For purchases made by check or money order, we will issue a refund check. Refunds will only be made to purchaser. Shipping charges are not refundable. Returns sent C.O.D will not be accepted.

Damaged Merchandise
If merchandise arrives damaged, please contact us for additional information. You must save all of the original shipping and packing material for pick-up and inspection by carrier. Do not return merchandise directly to us as this will result in delayed replacement or reimbursement.
